Privacy at QRFlow

How we process personal data in QRFlow – including payments via Stripe.

QRFlow is operated by Simplify Data. Contact: info@simplify-data.de

Data we process

Account data, QR configurations, scan analytics (IP, device, browser, GeoIP location, UTM, screen resolution), API and audit logs.

Billing and payment data for subscriptions is processed via Stripe.

Stripe integration

We use Stripe for Premium subscriptions. Stripe processes billing address, VAT ID, payment method and transaction data.

QRFlow does not store full card numbers. Details: https://stripe.com/privacy

Scan tracking & webhooks

Dynamic QR codes redirect via QRFlow servers. Scans are logged. You may configure one webhook endpoint for real-time notifications.

Cookies & Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-JH4DGNRP2V) to understand how visitors use our marketing site and web app (page views, sign-up, content creation, checkout). Analytics runs only after you accept statistics in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Provider: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. Data may be transferred to the USA under SCCs / EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Details: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Audit log

QRFlow logs account actions (create, update, pause, delete QR codes, webhook and billing changes) for traceability and compliance.
